Alli Joseph is a senior producer and on-camera talent with a background in interactive media and branding. A seasoned journalist, Alli is a much-published writer and author. Currently, she is co-director and developer of the Ford Foundation funded “New U: News Entrepreneurs Working Through UNITY (http://unityjournalists.org/newu/), a project providing training and entrepreneurial professional guidance to journalists of color. She also runs a personal history story-saving production company called Seventh Generation Stories, and consults for companies and advertising agencies looking to increase client brand reach online. Ms. Joseph has over 18 years of experience working on-air, online or in print for large media companies like Scripps (Food Network), Grey Advertising Worldwide, NBC, Viacom, CBS News and Ogilvy. A Westinghouse Scholar, Ms. Joseph graduated from Vassar College and went on to become a McCormick Tribute Foundation Fellow in Executive Media Management at Northwestern University, and a Poynter Institute Fellow. She lives with her family in New York and New Jersey.
