Steve is a producer for the Independent Television Service (ITVS) in San Francisco — the largest public funder of independent film. He is also the creator of a new program for PBS Digital Studios that covers the tech industry in California and the news business. Steve's latest program for PBS is set to launch in October and will take a satirical look at the making of news with help from the PBS NewsHour.
Prior to joining ITVS in 2010, Steve spent three years at the PBS NewsHour in Washington, D.C. — working first in the organization's marketing department and later on the editorial side, producing setup pieces for the nightly broadcast.
