Reggie Murphy is a Principal Consultant at Electronic Ink, where he is primarily responsible for leading teams in conducting research on business and user needs and applying those insights to the design and innovation process. Reggie works with other principal consultants to set the research direction for Electronic Ink, gathering, assessing, documenting and analyzing market intelligence and consumer behavior so that he can provide fact-based recommendations to guide the company’s strategic initiatives. Reggie Murphy is a fifteen-year consumer research veteran. He has spent his career designing and executing research projects that seek to better understand people's desires and uncover “unmet†needs to successfully develop products and services that engage and delight them. Before joining Electronic Ink, Reggie led the corporate research team at Gannett. In this role, he was the company's consumer research, user experience and usability research leader. Prior to Gannett, Reggie worked for Frank N. Magid Associates.
