Etan Horowitz is CNN's mobile editor, serving as the editorial lead for all of CNN’s mobile products. In this role he sets both the day-to-day and long-term strategy for how to best present CNN's great content on mobile platforms. He joined CNN in 2010 as a digital media producer for CNN International TV and played a key role in coverage of the Haiti earthquake, the 2010 World Cup, the Arab Spring and other major news events. Horowitz came to CNN from the Orlando Sentinel, where he worked as a reporter, technology columnist, blogger and social media coordinator. Throughout his career, Horowitz has combined his love of journalism with a passion for technology.
